
Good News for all Chelsea Fans
Chelsea Football Club has officially signed Mathis Amougou from Saint-Étienne for approximately €15 million. 18-year-old midfielder has agreed to an eight-year contract and will join Chelsea’s first-team squad immediately.
Amougou expressed his excitement about the move, stating, “I’m very happy. It’s an honor to sign for such a big club like Chelsea. They believe in young players and have a fantastic development process.”
Chelsea outlined a clear plan for Amougou’s development. He will with the team for the remainder of the season to adapt to his new environment. Next seasoe is expected to go on loan to Strasbourg, filling the spot of Andrey Santos, who will return to Chelsea’s first team.
